BP005398: Human IGF1R/CD221 Protein with the C-His-Avi Tag
Source: The recombinant Human IGF1R/CD221 Protein, (amino acids Glu31-Asn932) fused with a His-Avi tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight:The recombinant Human IGF1R/CD221 protein with the His-Avi tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 105.8 kDa (alpha subunit) and 23 kDa (beta subunit). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-120 kDa (alpha subunit) and 52-55 kDa (beta subunit) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human IGF1R protein with the C-His-Avi tag at 0.2 ug/ml (100 ul/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-IGF1R Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 10.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized recombinant Human IGF1R/CD221 Protein in sterile H2O to a protein concentration not less than 100 ug/ml. Centrifuge the tube before opening.
Shipping: The recombinant Human IGF1R/CD221 Protein is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
